Refunds Policy

At Soul Surf Club, powered by HPSC, we operate a no refund policy.

Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and must be used within one month of purchase.

After you have agreed on a date and time for your session, you may reschedule it once, provided you give 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in the full charge for the session.

For bookings made with less than 24 hours' notice, the booking is final and no refund or rescheduling will be granted.

At Soul Surf Club, we uphold a strict no-cancellation policy. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.

Surfing activities are subject to weather and ocean conditions. Soul Surf Club reserves the right to proceed with or cancel appointments based on these conditions. These decisions are made prioritising customer safety and experience and are final. In the event of a cancellation by Soul Surf Club, we will offer a rescheduled date and time that suits you.

For our Kids Club sessions, we maintain a no-refund policy. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, our classes have limited availability. If you are unable to attend a session due to unforeseen events, your session will be considered completed. We may consider rescheduling on a case-by-case basis, but this is subject to our discretion and limited to once per season.
