Soul Surf Club offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

All transactions are processed in AED.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies.

Users under the age of 18 may not register or make purchases directly on this website.

All bookings for minors must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it.

Soul Surf Club operates a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy.

Once a booking or package is purchased, it is considered final.

Where possible, sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Surfing is an outdoor, ocean-based activity and is subject to conditions beyond our control.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Weather and sea conditions
• Flat or unsafe surf
• Government guidance or restrictions
• Security situations or regional instability
• Beach closures or restricted access

Any sessions cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control will not be refunded, credited, extended, or carried over.  By booking with Soul Surf Club, you acknowledge and accept this as part of the nature of the activity.

We reserve the right to:

• Adjust session times
• Modify group structures
• Change locations within safe operating areas
• Cancel or reschedule sessions where required for safety

All decisions are made with safety as the priority.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful purposes
• Violate any applicable laws
• Transmit malicious code or harmful material

Any breach may result in termination of service.

We aim to ensure all information on this site is accurate, however we are not responsible for:

• Errors or omissions
• Outdated information

Use of this site is at your own discretion.

We may:

• Update pricing without notice
• Modify or discontinue services
• Change availability of products or sessions

We are not liable for any such changes.
